Welcome to OneOut. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our landing page or use the OneOut mobile application, and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
2. The Data We Collect
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:
- Identity Data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier (such as your Google Sign-In information).
- Contact Data includes email address.
- Profile Data includes your uploaded avatar, username, total stars, highest level achieved, coins, account creation time, and last played time.
- Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this application.
3. How We Use Your Data
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
- To register you as a new user.
- To manage your account, including cloud-syncing your game progress via Firestore.
- To display your avatar and rank on global leaderboards.
- To serve personalized advertisements using Easy Ads Flutter. Please note that on iOS, this requires explicit App Tracking Transparency authorization.
4. Data Storage and Third Parties
We use Firebase for authentication and Firestore to store player profile data and leaderboard-related progress securely. We do not sell your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
