OneOut Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are under the age required in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of the Service

OneOut is a sliding-block puzzle game. The Service may include:

• puzzle gameplay and level progression
• local game saves and settings
• optional account sign-in
• leaderboard features
• profile customization, including avatar upload
• rewarded and interstitial advertisements
• future updates, changes, and limited-time features

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You may be able to sign in using email/password or third-party login providers such as Google.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information
• maintaining the security of your account
• all activity that occurs under your account

You must not share your account credentials or use another user's account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes
• interfere with or disrupt the Service
• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service except where prohibited by law
• cheat, automate gameplay, manipulate rankings, or abuse progression systems
• upload harmful, offensive, infringing, or illegal content
• attempt to bypass ad flows, reward logic, account controls, or security measures
• use the Service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

5. Virtual Currency and Game Progress

The Service may include virtual currency, such as coins, and in-game progression systems.

• Virtual currency and game progress are licensed, not sold.
• They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or real-world property unless required by law.
• We may adjust gameplay balance, rewards, unlock conditions, and progression systems at any time.
• We are not obligated to maintain any specific virtual item, level status, ranking, or coin balance forever.

If the Service offers rewarded ads or similar mechanics, rewards may depend on successful ad completion and technical availability.

6. Ads and Third-Party Services

The Service may display interstitial ads and rewarded ads. It may also integrate third-party services for authentication, cloud storage, or ad delivery.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to those third parties' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or availability.

7. User Content

If you upload content, including profile images, you retain any rights you have in that content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and use that content only as needed to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

You represent that:

• you have the rights needed to upload the content
• the content does not infringe another person's rights
• the content is not unlawful, abusive, or harmful

We may remove content that violates these Terms or creates risk for the Service.

8. Leaderboards and Community Features

Leaderboard placement, profile display, and ranking visibility may depend on account status, stored progress, technical conditions, moderation decisions, and service availability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted ranking availability, permanent scores, or permanent profile display.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, gameplay systems, text, graphics, branding, audio, artwork, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

10. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

11. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or secure. Features may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, device compatibility, connectivity, third-party outages, or other causes.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• the Service will meet your expectations
• the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• gameplay data, rankings, or progress will always be preserved
• defects will always be corrected

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, profits, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

• the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or
• USD $50

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OneOut, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

• your use of the Service
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of any law or third-party right
• your uploaded content

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or misused the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute-related provisions.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
